学生同士の学び合いを促進することなどを目的として，様々な授業形態においてグループワークが取り入れられています。
しかし，表面的な議論に終始したり，一部の学生だけ発言して終わってしまうなどといった「活動あって学びなし」になってしまう可能性を持っているのがグループワークです。
そこで，教育心理学の観点からグループワークを効果的に導入するためのファシリテーションの技法について学ぶため，高知大学大学教育創造センターの杉田郁代先生を講師にお招きし，ワークショップを開催します。

Introduction to facilitation for effective group work
Group work is adopted in many class forms for promoting learning among students. However, group work can easily become a superficial discussion (“with an activity and no learning”) where only one student is speaking from the beginning to the end of the class.
Therefore, we will hold a workshop on learning about facilitation techniques to effectively introduce group work from the viewpoint of psychology, and we invited Associate Professor Ikuyo SUGITA from Center for Development of Higher Education at Kochi University to hold as a lecturer.
