 The superiors, and the teachers are playing an important role. They could become a strong supporter for their subordinates or students. However, sometimes this kind of relationship could be the reason of mental and physical illness too. Therefore, we believe that the participants will become a heartwarming supporter for person in their workplace or laboratories, after they got the knowledge and skills of mental care from this lecture.
 
 Therefore, the objective of this lecture is to learn about, positive communication skills for better prevention and recognition of signs of mental disorders, and appropriate mental health care methods for dealing with stress.
 
 In order to maintain a healthy working environment, let’s try to think about what we faculty member could do and, what we should do.
