This session focuses on a variety of classroom assessment techniques that faculty can use to check in with students and find out whether students are on the right track, what concepts they find challenging.

Classroom assessment techniques are a useful tool for instructors in both lecture courses and in courses that rely on student centered, active learning approaches to learning. Instructors will be able to use these in-class feedback strategies to improve learning and the student experience in the course.
