In addition to the declining birth rate in recent years, diversification of students is expected in the future. It includes things such as internationalization and entrance examination reform. In such circumstances, students are facing many problems such as developmental disorder, gender disparity, job hunting, repeaters (a long-stay students), withdrawal from school, etc.

On the other hand, if we can figure out these problems according to the individuality of each student, we can display the natural ability of students. We will think about what students are worried about, what kind of things they need to advance forward, with practical examples from the student counseling room.

We will talk about what the faculty and staff should of university should understand, to deal with diversified students in and outside the class.
