Even at universities, we need to place great importance on reforming how we work. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, much of this work now takes place online. Regardless of whether we go to the office or work from home, in order to ensure that we carry out our duties efficiently, it is essential for each individual to develop various skills.

For this reason, we would like to present an online seminar which focuses on developing time management skills on an individual level. This full-day live seminar will be presented by The Association of Japan Time Management Popularization and will help you evaluate how effective your time management skills are. Following the seminar, the association welcomes any follow-ups regarding the topics covered for up to 14 weeks.

This seminar has been proven effective for many companies and local government employees. Upon completion, you can expect to see not just an improvement in your time management skills, but also understand how to reduce stress and better manage your time spent at work.
