It was the first time for many to run an online or hybrid class this year, perhaps through a process of trial and error. We’ve come to realize there are positives and negatives to online classes. Thanks to this, we should also be able to review how we run our in-person classes.

While it is still unclear when COVID-19 will be under control, it’s time to start creating syllabi for next year. How should we learn from our experiences this year so as to not repeat the problems we’ve faced?

This workshop aims to brush up your syllabus making skills. Since it will be held live, you will be able to receive feedback and engage in discussion with other instructors whether you attend in-person or online.

We would like to encourage anyone concerned about designing their classes next year to attend.
