I think that few people can say that their classes are perfect, and it is OK not to change syllabus every year. We gain feedback from each class, considering results of periodic exams, classroom questionnaires while changing the syllabus little by little on each academic year.
However, there are also people who submit the same syllabus every year: firstly, because the syllabus submission deadline is too early and they are too busy and cannot make time for it, etc. They also consider thinking it over later and make improvements at the next academic year.
So, this workshop will be held to give you a chance to review your classes for next year and brush-up your syllabus. You will learn how to brush up your syllabus, set up goals when planning a lesson, evaluation methods to reach your goals while receiving feedback from instructors and other participants.
