Workshop on using Rubric Evaluation (Advanced course)

How do other people use rubrics? Is there any way to set more effective viewpoint/standards for their usage? We will hold a workshop for those who have already introduced rubric evaluation in their classrooms. The aim is using them, checking their pros and cons, etc. also further utilizing methods and brushing up rubrics evaluation chart.
This workshop will be an advanced one for those who, in fact, have some experience of evaluating using the rubric evaluation method. In this workshop, we will introduce examples of using rubrics with other participants, focusing on feedback time among participants and lecturer and not taking time for brush-up.
