【This event was postponed】Lecture “The viewpoint of catching harassment on campus and the importance of prevention” -Harassment among faculty members
This event was postponed.
In addition to cases of power harassment / sexual harassment / academic harassment between faculty staff and students, similar problems occurring between faculty and staff members have been reported at universities nationwide. Even if harasser says – “I did not mean to do such thing” it is still harassment, if the recipient feels that way.
Therefore, we will hold a training to learn from examples and each other how to correctly understand harassment and prevent from becoming assailant or victim.
