This seminar has finished
SD became mandatory by amendment of university institutional standards. “To properly and effectively manage its educational and research activities (including not only administrative staff, but also teachers and technical staff), university has to prepare opportunities for employees to acquire necessary knowledge and skills and improve their abilities and qualities through training”.
There are more universities where training plans are FD/SD committee responsibility than universities where experts are arranged to plan the training. While faculty and staff members are getting busier, it goes without saying that considering one-time participation a more efficient and effective training is required for faculty and staff.
Therefore, we will hold a workshop to teach faculty and staff, who may possibly plan FD/SD trainings, how to plan and manage trainings for the university you belong to.
