大学教員は，教育，研究の他にもマネジメント能力が求められます。研究室のマネジメントから学部・学科・大学全体のマネジメントにまで関わる可能性は，誰もが持っていると言えるでしょう。
そこで研究室運営・研究室教育に焦点を当て，多様なメンバーで構成される研究室内でどのように研究室の理念を共有するか，研究室における年間行事をどのように設計するか等について実際の研究室教育の事例を基に学び，自身の所属する研究室への応用を考えるための研修として，大阪大学の佐藤浩章准教授を講師に招いて開催いたします。

In addition to the research and teaching, the management capability is also required from university faculty staff. Everyone can be said to have been involved from the laboratory management, up to different departments, and overall university management.
Therefore, we invited Associate Prof. Hiroaki SATO from Osaka University to held a lecture that focuses on the laboratory management and learning based on many practical examples other laboratories. This training is for faculty members who consider applying it to their own affiliated laboratories and includes matters such as sharing the philosophy of the laboratory in a place that consists of a variety of members or planning the annual events in the laboratory.
