Maintaining student motivation throughout the course is crucial for effective teaching. A key factor is ensuring that the course is well-structured. By creating an environment where students can autonomously learn within structured classes, many students can develop a proactive learning attitude.
In this workshop, you will review your own classes from three perspectives: (1) Are short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals being addressed? (2) Is there a balance between input and output? (3) Is appropriate feedback being incorporated?
This workshop is an opportunity to review the structure of one class session and refine your teaching methods to promote students' independent learning. You can review the structure and brush up your teaching to promote students' independent learning. The workshop will involve sharing information with other participants using worksheets, so please bring a laptop if possible.
※ Please note that photographs will be taken during the session for use in publicity activities and other promotional materials.
