Are you spending an excessive amount of time grading reports? Are you assigning scores and returning them to students? Are the evaluation criteria for reports and presentations clear? When students inquire about grades, can you provide clear answers supported by evidence?
By using a rubric evaluation sheet that defines evaluation perspectives and criteria, you can enable students to perform self-checks, receive quick feedback, and achieve consistent evaluations. Why not use rubric evaluations for presentations, reports, and group work among students?
This workshop will teach you the basics of creating and using rubric evaluation sheets, and you will create a rubric that you can use yourself. With hints and feedback from other participants and the lecturer, this is the perfect opportunity for those who have been planning to create one. Furthermore, the creation process will utilize generative AI. For those who do not use a specific paid version of generative AI, please create an account with the free version of Felo before participating.

Please note that a pre-recorded video must be watched before attending the workshop to shorten the lecture time during the session. Be sure to watch it before participating.

Recommended for those who:

・Want to provide feedback on performance evaluation results
 ・Are interested in using rubrics
・Have been planning to create a rubric but haven't started yet

This program focuses on:

・Learn the significance of rubric-based evaluation
・Explore diverse forms of rubric evaluations
・Reconsider the purpose and value of evaluations

※A follow-up seminar on the rubric is scheduled for July.
※This seminar is also scheduled to be held in November.
※Please note that photographs will be taken during the session for use in publicity activities and other promotional materials.
