During the semester, one of the essential elements in maintaining students' motivation is to ensure that the class is well-structured. A well-structured class allows students to recognize the significance and value of their learning, understand clear objectives, and know how to proceed with their learning. Supporting students' autonomy in this way encourages many to attend classes with a strong motivation to learn actively.
This workshop will review classes from the following three perspectives: Are students aware of the purpose and objectives?; Is there a balance between input and output?; Does the class include appropriate feedback?
In this workshop, participants will revisit the structure of one class session and refine it to promote students' active learning. Using worksheets, participants will share their ideas with others. Please bring a laptop or similar device. Additionally, there is a simple preparatory task to complete before attending the workshop.

Recommended for those who:

・want to maintain students’ continuous interest in the class
・want to engage students in the lesson
・want to improve the structure of a single class session

This program focuses on:

・Brush up the goals and objectives of your class
・Incorporate effective feedback into your teaching
・Understand the characteristics of a well-structured class and apply them to your lesson design

※This session covers the same contents as the one held on May 16th .
※Please note that photographs will be taken during the session for use in publicity activities and other promotional materials.
