大学におけるハラスメント
ー学生からハラスメントと言われない研究指導とはー

Last year’s seminar, entitled “Harassment at universities: Actual situation and countermeasures”, provided a general overview of preventive measures to ensure that all members of the university (students, faculty, and staff) do not contribute to harassment issues.
This year’s seminar will specifically address faculty members’ harassment of students. It will cover what types of behavior by faculty members can be considered harassment and provide concrete examples of the so-called “gray zone behavior” that students often report feeling harassed by. The seminar will also discuss the research guidance necessary for teachers to establish and maintain positive relationships with their students.
