Working in a diverse environment involves collaborating with people from various backgrounds and personalities. While it might be tempting to transfer departments if you don’t get along with someone, workplaces rarely offer such flexibility. Harassment in the workplace has been a persistent issue, evolving with new types and names over time.
Proactive measures are crucial to prevent unintentional harassment. This workshop aims to educate participants on establishing behavioral guidelines in the workplace as a strategy to prevent harassment. You will learn how to create these guidelines, ensuring a positive work environment for everyone. Through hands-on activities, participants will draft guidelines tailored to their specific workplace scenarios.
This training is designed for administrative staff, from entry-level to management positions.
