This workshop aims to educate participants on establishing behavioral guidelines in the workplace as a strategy to prevent harassment. You will learn how to create these guidelines, ensuring a positive work environment for everyone. Through hands-on activities, participants will draft guidelines tailored to their specific workplace scenarios.
