None of us wants to remain stagnant in our careers as instructors. We want to grow, competently support our students, and advance in our teaching career with focus and direction.
Faced with an abundance of choices for learning and growth, how do you determine where to direct your energy and time so you can become the best teacher you can be? How can you be strategic, and also feel fulfilled professionally and over time in your teaching career?
Ultimately, choices about career learning and growth rely on your ability to practice “self-leadership”.
In doing so, you clarify your direction and make decisions about how you want to move towards your goals.
Join us in this webinar to explore the concepts of self-leadership and reflection and their connection to your professional growth as an instructor.
You will leave this webinar with practical models and tools you can use to plan for your professional growth and advance your career as an educator.
