Many of you know that a prevalent complaint among students regarding university courses is insufficient feedback after assignments. As educators, we acknowledge this concern, but constraints such as large class sizes and limited time often leave us feeling frustrated and unable to provide ample feedback.
However, effective feedback is crucial for directing students towards the course objectives and maintaining their motivation. This workshop will consequently introduce various methods for delivering effective feedback. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on how they can integrate this feedback into their own classrooms and engage in idea exchanges with the instructor and fellow participants. Please bring a syllabus or other documents outlining your lesson plan so that we can discuss the specifics.
The commencement of the 2nd Semester classes is just around the corner. If you believe you still have time to prepare, it’s essential to start now to ensure you are fully prepared when the classes begin.
