Because compulsory subjects often contain difficult contents, student motivation is low. Did you ever have students who were sleeping in your class even though it was an important lesson? There are reasons for this class attitude and low motivation. It is often related to both students and teachers. Even if you are listening to many interesting research presentations, if no discussion is included, it is all the same.
There are some techniques that faculty members can use to keep motivating students to learn in class for 90 minutes. We will introduce some of these techniques in this lecture, like the order of speaking, methods of explanation or how to make slides. We would like to invite not only teachers in charge of classes, but also the staff with opportunities to talk in public.
