　It would be great if we could immediately apply what we learned in the training to improve our classes, but that is not always the case. Even if one thing goes well, we may face another challenge. Our center has decided to conduct follow-up training targeted at the training participants.
　The training subject for this follow-up is "Structuring Classes." Participants in this workshop focused on maintaining students' interest in classes, reviewed the overall goals and feedback of the class, and reconsidered the structure of a single class. Based on that, I believe improvements in the classes were made.
　The follow-up training will be conducted with the purpose of sharing what was implemented from the training, what went well or not, and any new points for improvement, and to reassess the structure of the classes. Let's aim for a higher level of class improvement based on feedback from other participants and instructors.

　・Desire to reconfirm what was learned in the training
　・Want to further apply what was learned in practice
　・Wish to review the structuring of lessons again
　

This program focuses on:

　1.Confirm how much of what was learned in the training can be put into practice
　2.Think of several solutions to the problems that arose from the practice
　3.Review the structure of the classes again and look for further areas of improvement
