The presence of superiors for subordinates or teachers for students is important and encouraging, but sometimes it also becomes a cause of mental and physical disorders. So, by acquiring the correct knowledge and skills related to mental health care, you can become an encouraging supporter to people in the workplace and laboratories.
Therefore, we will hold a lecture to learn about positive communication skills for better prevention and recognition of signs of mental disorders, also appropriate stress handling methods for mental health care.
In order to maintain a healthy workplace, let’s put ideas on what each faculty member can do and what they should do into action.
