Venue

In addition to the declining birth rate in recent years, diversification of students is expected in the future. It includes things such as internationalization and entrance examination reform. In such circumstances, students’ experience many problems like a developmental disorder, gender disparity, job hunting, repeaters (a long-stay students) withdrawal from school, etc.
On the other hand, if we can respond to these problems individually, we can display the natural ability of students. We will think about what students are worried about, what kind of things they need to advance forward, with practical examples from the student counseling room.
We will talk about what the university staff should understand to deal with diversified students in and outside class.
