In todays’ higher education institutions, campuses have a diverse mix of students and faculty from various cultural backgrounds. Effective communication among colleagues and with students is vital for enhancing the quality of our work in such diverse workplaces.

　This workshop focuses on intercultural communication in the workplace, recognizing that "culture" encompasses more than just nationality or language proficiency.
