In the workplace, it is essential to work alongside a diverse group of individuals. Even if one might wish to transfer due to incompatibility with others, workplaces that allow free transfers at one’s convenience do not exist. Harassment in the workplace has always been a significant issue and continues to evolve with the emergence of various forms of harassment.
Preventing harassment is crucial to avoid becoming a perpetrator unknowingly. This seminar aims to provide participants with knowledge about formulating behavioral guidelines as a preventive measure against harassment in the workplace. Through hands-on exercises for drafting behavioral guidelines tailored to participants’ workplaces, this workshop will help create an environment where everyone can work comfortably.
This seminar is designed for administrative staff, from entry-level to management positions.

Recommended for those who:

・Want to prevent harassment within your group
・Want to improve the workplace atmosphere and encourage staff to work with energy and positivity
・Want to enhance the way you support and guide your staff

This program focuses on:

a.Learn about the various factors that may lead to harassment
b.Consider preventive measures from a broad and inclusive perspective
c.Draft a set of behavioral guidelines for the workplace

※The seminar for faculty will be held in July.Faculty members are encouraged to consider participating in this session.
※Please note that photographs will be taken during the session for use in publicity activities and other promotional materials.
