部下にとっての上司，学生にとっての教員という存在は，心強いサポーターになり得る重要な存在ですが，時に心身の不調の要因にもなってしまうこともあります。そこで，メンタルヘルスに関する正しい知識やスキルを身につけることで，職場や研究室の関係者にとって心強いサポーターとなっていただきたいと思います。
北海道大学保健センター講師で臨床心理士の齋藤暢一朗先生を講師に，メンタルヘルスにおける予防やケアに役立つポジティブなコミュニケーションスキル，不調のサインと適切なストレス対処方法などを学ぶため，①対学生メンタルヘルスケア編と②対教職員メンタルヘルスケア編に内容を分けて講演会を開催します。

Lecture on faculty staff’s mental health care

The presence of superiors for subordinates or teachers for students is important and encouraging, but sometimes it also becomes a cause of mental and physical disorders. So, by acquiring the correct knowledge and skills related to mental health care, you can become an encouraging supporter to people in the workplace and laboratories.
Therefore, we asked Dr. Choichiro SAITO, a clinical psychologist from Hokkaido University Health Care Center, to give a lecture on learning positive communication skills that are useful for mental health care, noticing first signs of a disorder, also on some appropriate stress handling methods, etc.
This lecture will be organized by separating the contents into two separate parts: the first one (“①”) dealing with students’ mental health care, and the second one (“②”) that will focus on faculty staff mental health care.
