シラバスはしっかり作成した，グループワークのファシリテーション方法は身につけた，プレゼンテーションスキルも磨いた，あらゆる努力，工夫を行った上で授業をしているにもかかわらず肝心要の学習者がついてこない，教育に心血を注ぐことに疲れてしまった，このような先生にお目にかかることがあります。
そんな先生のためのワークショップを開催いたします。
同じ悩みを抱える教員が集い，各自の悩みを共有した上で今一度，本当にもうできることはないかを確認し，一緒に解決策を考えましょう。

Troubles and worries in class management – Exploring solutions (Workshop)
Despite of teachers’ giving their best in solid creation of syllabus, incorporating the facilitation methods for group work, polishing the presentation skills and putting every effort in preparing the class, some students do not follow the class and teachers get tired of pouring their hearts out.
This workshop will be held to give faculty members with similar problems a chance to meet, discuss their troubles and worries, then together explore possible solutions.
