近年，学生の主体的な学習を促す授業が求められており，そのための様々な手法が研究され，取り入れられています。
しかし，どのような授業形態であっても，学習者の学習への動機づけができなければ，学習効果は期待できません。同じ内容の授業を受けている学生の学びに差が生じるのは，基礎学力の差である以上に学習への動機の差から生じる授業への参加態度や学習量の違いに起因することもしばしばあります。
そこで，高等教育研修センターでは，学習への動機づけを行うために教員が行うことのできる授業スキルを学び身につけるためのワークショップを開催いたします。

Workshop on teaching skills to bring motivation for learning
In recent years, there is an increasing need to encourage active learning of students. A variety of techniques have been studied and incorporated to promote active learning in classrooms. However, whatever the class may be, if you can not get students motivated, learning effects can not be expected.
There are often differences in learning results of students who have taken the same lesson. More than the difference in basic academic skills, these inequalities can often be attributed to differences in students participation attitudes and the amount of learning.
Therefore, a workshop will be held in the Center for Teaching and Learning, to learn about teaching methods that can be used to bring motivation for more active learning.
