昨今，学生同士の学び合いを促進することなどを目的として，様々な授業形態においてグループワークが取り入れられています。
しかしながら，高等教育研修センターに寄せられる教員からの相談には，グループワークが上手く機能しない・盛り上がらないグループがある，などといった内容がしばしば見られます。
そこで北海道大学高等教育研修センターでは，高知大学大学教育創造センターの杉田郁代先生を講師に招き，効果的なグループワークを導入するために教員が身につけておきたいファシリテーションについて，教育心理学の観点から学び身につけるためのワークショップを開催いたします。

Introduction to effective group work facilitation
In recent years, a group work is incorporated in a variety of teaching forms in order to facilitate mutual learning among students, and for other purposes.
However, the teaching staff consulted the Center for Teaching and Learning about some occurring classroom problems. According to these reports, a group work does not always work well, and there are some groups which do not want to actively participate.
Therefore, Hokkaido University Center for Teaching and Learning invited a teacher from Kochi University, Professor Nakamichi SUGITA, to hold a workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to learn about effective group work facilitation methods from the perspective of educational psychology.
