大学院生が学位を取得するためには，授業単位の取得から学会発表，そして論文執筆などと短期間の間に行うべきことが多くあります。それらを自分で計画的に遂行できれば良いものの，実際はなかなか難しい面もあります。
そこで，プロジェクトマネジメントの知識を習得し，学位取得に向けたタスクの洗い出し，計画表（Work Breakdown Structure）の作成や進捗管理を行うことができるようになることを目的とした大学院生のための研修会を開催いたします。
講師には，自身の博士論文もプロジェクトマネジメントを活用して執筆された愛媛大学教育・学生支援機構の丸山智子特任助教をお招きします。

Project Management to advance with academic degree acquisition
In order for graduate students to get a degree, there are many things to do in a short time, like a conference presentation, writing papers or acquiring units from academic courses. Although you can plan to accomplish them on your own, in fact it has a difficult side.
So, we will hold a lecture and workshop for the graduate students to present the knowledge of project management, reveal the tasks for acquiring a degree, and teach how to create a plan table (Work Breakdown Structure) to manage the progress.
As a lecturer, we invited Assistant Professor Tomoko MARUYAMA from Ehime University Institute for Education and Student Support, who took advantage of project management to write her own doctoral thesis.
