アクティブ・ラーニングで双方向性のある授業，受講生同士が議論する授業をといったことが求められています。少人数クラスではグループワークやディスカッションなども比較的取り入れやすいと思いますが，大人数講義でさまざまな工夫をしながら苦労されている方も少なくないと思います。
そこで，愛媛大学の小林直人教授をお招きし，大講義室において学生とコミュニケーションを取る方法，学生の積極的な講義への参加を促す方法や授業効果を高める方法等についてご講演いただきます。
小林先生の講演は，四国地区で実施されているSPODフォーラム（https://www.spod.ehime-u.ac.jp）で毎年とても人気があります。

An introduction to “Active-Learning” in the large lecture halls.
Active learning requires two-way interactive classes where students discuss with each other, etc. When group work and discussion can be easy to adopt for small classes, many teachers are struggling with various ideas for large lecture classes.
Therefore, we invited Professor Naoto KOBAYASHI from Ehime University to give a lecture on how to communicate with students in the lecture hall, how to urge them to participate actively in the lecture, and how to increase the teaching effectiveness.
Professor Kobayashi’s lecture is very popular at the SPOD Forum（https://www.spod.ehime-u.ac.jp）held every year in the Shikoku area.
